Mission Statement
The mission of the Distribution Committee is to provide information and training on relevant issues affecting the water distribution industry. By following trends and changes in the water industry the committee structures its activities with regard to repair, replacement and maintenance of water distribution systems including but not limited to water mains, valves, services, storage tanks, hydrants, materials, and equipment in the pursuit of providing quality water to the end user. Acting as a resource to local water providers, the committee offers knowledge and skills to assist distribution employees with daily challenges. The Committee strives to provide networking and training opportunities for all water professionals to advance their distribution system knowledge and education.
