Present your experience solving complex problems facing water industry to an international audience of industry leaders and peers.

You can submit your abstract on AWWA’s online service.

You’ll need the following information to create your online submission.  Paper Title (128 Characters Max)

Category (use either Young Professionals or University Forum Category) Abstract (3000 Characters Max)

Corresponding Author (one only), including position, company, address, phone, fax, and e-mail address. If the abstract is associated with a project, please indicate the date the project was/will be completed.

Has or will the work be published or presented by June 2012? If so, when and where?

Has the abstract been submitted to AWWA under the general call for papers for ACE12, and if so, which topic?

Encourage YP & student participation in local section conference and involvement in AWWA’s national meeting

Stimulate progressive thinking

Reduce financial burden

A Young Professional or student simply indicates on the AZ Water Conference form that they wish to be a contestant.

Volunteer judges evaluate the contestant’s presentation at the annual conference based on predefined criteria includes: content, easy of presenter, and flow of presentation.

Votes are tallied and a winner is chosen to:

Attend ACE with a FREE full registration from AWWA

Receive reimbursement for airfare and 3 nights at the conference hotel from AZ Water Association

Represent AZ in a national poster competition

Meet young professionals and industry leaders from around the country

Be recognized for their exceptional work or research
