Per Steve Camp (City of Flagstaff):

The easiest way to get to the Rio de Flag WRP from areas south of Flagstaff is to take I-17 north and exit I-40 East, toward Albuquerque.  Take the first I-40 exit, which Butler Rd.  Turn left on Butler and stay in the left lane. Continue on under the I-40 overpass and turn left at the Ponderosa, Butler, Huntington interchange, to stay on Butler Rd.  Turn left on Babbit Rd, which is the intersection just after Sam’s Club.  Continue on Babbit Rd., until it ends and turn right.  The gate to the Water Reclamation Plant will be open.  The Atrium is the first area you see when passing thru the entrance gate.  Parking is available to the north.  You can enter thru the door at the north end of the building.

If it is a particularly hot day, I may change the meeting place to our East Side Shop, which has A/C.  Otherwise, the Rio de Flag Atrium is a better location to meet.

The Wildcat Hill WRP, which has the FOG receiving station, is located at the northeast side of town, past the Flagstaff Mall.  I can have a map at the meeting which includes access to the Wildcat Hill plant for those that may not want to follow their phone directions.
