Alan Forrest
Mr. Forrest has 35 years of experience working in public water utilities and consulting. His areas of expertise include utility management, integrated water resource planning (i.e., One Water), public policy development, capital program/project management, water distribution infrastructure planning, design & construction, recharge project development, and strategic planning.

Suzanne Durkin-Bighorn
Suzanne Joined AZ Water as its Executive Director in 2020 and has provided valuable leadership to the association's staff. With more than 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership and development, she works with businesses and nonprofits in the Phoenix metropolitan area to define their social impact and fulfill their mission.

Reynaldo Aldava Jr (Featured Member)
Rey has been in the water industry since 2001 and is currently the Wastewater Manager for the City of Surprise. He is Vice-Chair of the Operator Network committee with AZ Water and Chair of Operator Competitions. His education includes an Associate’s in applied science in Water Resource Technologies and a Certificate of Completion in Wastewater Treatment.
