Forum Rules and Notices



  1. Do not ask for or post any personal information or request a member’s e-mail address or phone number in any message. All messages in this forum can be read by the general public. If you are signed-in you can contact a message author privately by clicking on the author’s name within the message or by searching the Association’s member database and then sending them a message or e-mail.
  2. Spamming, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, solicitations and double posting of messages are not allowed. The definition of spam is a message post that is irrelevant, advertising or self-promoting. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc. Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users. Any post considered spam will be removed.
  3. No hacking or illegal activity, such as torrents and illegal downloads, will be tolerated and, if appropriate, may be reported to the local authority.
  4. Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums.
  5. Providing or asking for information on how to illegally obtain copyrighted materials is forbidden.
  6. Trolling behavior will not be tolerated. A troll is a person who posts inflammatory messages, to disrupt the discussion or to upset its participants.
  7. Insulting and flaming or personal attacks against members or moderators will not be tolerated.

Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of the members or moderators of this forum or the AZ Water Association.


Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable or contains copyrighted material is encouraged to notify a moderator of this forum immediately. If an inappropriate message is encountered please report it using to the forum moderator using the Report option locate at the top of the message. The moderators will review all posts reported to them but may not take action if they deem no rule to have been broken or that no further action is necessary. You may not receive a response from the moderation once they have reviewed the reported post. Every report is addressed. Please do not report something more than once.  Multiple reports per topic, duplicate or frivolous reports will be deemed abuse and subject to warning.


The AZ Water Association reserves the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process so please realize that they may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.


The AZ Water Association reserves the right to close or delete any topic or message that it considers inappropriate. This policy applies to member profile information as well as forum posts.
