Advocacy: Customer Service Professionals
Group Pages

The Customer Service Professionals Committee began in 2003 when customer service managers from Tempe, Mesa and Gilbert got together and decided that the valley cities would benefit from sharing information. Meetings were held 3-4 times a year for the purpose of sharing policies, ideas, training and networking for customer service and meter services staff. In July 2015, the AZ Water Association voted to formally include this committee under their umbrella. Our goal is to continue to add to our membership and extend outside the Phoenix area. Vision Our vision is to promote excellent customer service among municipal and private utility service entities in the state of Arizona.

Mission
