Chuck Graf currently works as a Principal Hydrogeologist out of the ADEQ Southern Regional Office, Tucson. From 2006-2009, he served as an Associate Director of the Arizona Water Institute. Prior to joining the City of Flagstaff Jim worked in Illinois for approximately 25 years in various wastewater facilities starting as an operator and progressing to a wastewater superintendent. Jim has also worked in the bio-solids field while employed by Bio-Gro in Maryland. Jim's career started in the USAF where he was a water and wastewater environmental support specialist. Jason Joynes is the Chair of the AZ Water Association’s Wastewater Treatment Committee. He has over 14 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. Jason is currently the Technical Resource Manager for the Rural Water Association. Michael D. Weber, P.E. has been a proud employee of the City of Buckeye since June 2018. Prior to his employment with Buckeye, he served in various roles over his 30 plus year career in the water/wastewater industry, including Peoria's Deputy Public Works-Utilities Director, Glendale's Deputy Director of Water Services, President/General Manager, Vice President/General Manager, and Operations Manager for various water and sewer utility companies in Arizona, Texas, Missouri, and Illinois. Michael currently serves on the WVWA (formerly WestCAPS) Board of Directors as President, the MAG Water Quality Advisory Board, and AZ Water Association's Wastewater Treatment Committee.  He has served as a Board Member for AMWUA, the Arizona Water Utilities Association, and the Southern Arizona Water Users Association. Since joining Buckeye he has served as Water Resources Director where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of water treatment, wastewater treatment, distribution, collection, reclaimed, water resources, environmental compliance, and customer service divisions. Michael is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Arizona, has a BS in Civil Engineering, an MBA, and a CPM all from the Arizona State University and has been certified by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality as a Grade 4 operator in all categories.
